Saltvík is a horse farm located four kilometers south of Húsavík. The farm can look back at a long tradition on offering riding tours in Northeast Iceland. Besides short tours for an hour, e.g. along the beach during sunset and day-tours around Húsavík they specialized in 5-9 day tours through the wilderness of the highlands. There is a tour for every level of experience, from total beginners to experienced riders. For real horse-lovers the farm also offers accommodation in their guesthouse.
