FreeDanski samtímakórinn Vocal Line kemur í tónleikaferðalag til Íslands í september – enginn tónlistarunnandi ætti að láta þennan einstaka kór framhjá sér fara!
Vocal Line er a cappella kór sem syngur samtímatónlist í nýjum og skapandi útsetningum fyrir 10-12 raddir, sem eru unnar sérstaklega með Vocal Line í huga. Kórinn samanstendur af 30 söngvurum sem með einlægri innlifun, listrænu skynbragði og einkennandi hljóm ná á hverjum tónleikunum á fætur öðrum að snerta huga og hjörtu áheyrendanna.
Þingeyingurinn Gunnar Sigfússon (Halla Bó og Lillýar) er fyrsti og eini Íslendingurinn sem syngur með Vocal Line, og er það m.a. vegna þeirra tenglsa að kórinn mun halda tónleika á hans heimaslóðum og leyfa Íslendingum að njóta tónlistarinnar.
Kórinn ætlar að hefja ferðalagið á stuttum og órafmögnuðum tónleikum í Reykjahlíðarkirkju, þar sem verður frítt inn.

The Danish contemporary choir Vocal Line will be touring Iceland in September – no music lover should let this unique choir pass!
Vocal Line is a cappella choir that sings contemporary music in new and creative 10-12 voices, specially crafted with Vocal Line in mind. The choir consists of 30 singers who, with sincere enthusiasm, artistic taste and characteristic sound, reach each concert at the feet of others touching the minds and hearts of the listeners.
Gunnar Sigfússon (Halla Bó and Lillýar) is the first and only Icelander to sing with the Vocal Line. because of the links that the choir will hold concerts in his homelands and allow the Icelanders to enjoy the music.
The choir intends to start the journey on short and unfinished concerts in the Reykjahlíð church, where there will be free admission.
